Description

  • Assist with market research to identify federal procurement opportunities and potential leads using sources such as SAM.gov and GSA MAS.
  • Support lead generation, prospect qualification, and CRM data maintenance using tools like HubSpot.
  • Help manage proposal activities through content creation, document editing, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Organize customer meetings, prepare presentations, and help tailor offerings based on client needs.
  • Work with marketing to create outreach content and materials that support client engagement and inbound leads.
  • Contribute to business development and growth strategies, including market outreach, case studies, and customer success stories.

Requirements

  • Currently on active duty and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Strong willingness to learn, contribute, and operate with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in business development, sales, and marketing with a focus on government contracts and procurement processes.
  • Entry-level experience or certifications in business development, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Able to participate in a 40-hour-per-week apprenticeship.
  • Able to commit to a 120-180 day internship, preferred.
