Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Community talent pipeline, including reviewing applicants and identifying candidates that match current hiring needs.
  • Coordinate the hiring process from application to onboarding, including moving candidates through stages, communicating next steps, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct interviews with applicants to assess role fit and technical proficiency using established interview processes and evaluation criteria.
  • Support onboarding of new Community members by following up to ensure required steps and documentation are completed.
  • Track referrals and partnership activities to keep recruitment data organized and up to date.
  • Help identify and coordinate external recruitment partnerships to grow the Community talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with internal team members and external partners to keep hiring and onboarding activities organized and running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established processes, and keep records and tracking up to date.
  • Comfortable coordinating hiring and onboarding activities in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable conducting structured interviews using established processes and evaluation criteria.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, partnerships, coordination, or other process-driven administrative work is an asset.
  • Experience using documentation and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft 365 to manage data and day-to-day work is an asset.
  • CRM experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with disability, accessibility, assistive technology, or community-based work is a strong asset.
  • Located in Canada and able to work within North American time zones, with Eastern Time preferred.
