Description

  • Assist with sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for tech roles.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates for the Tech department.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting through hiring.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and support successful hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for technical positions.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting tech professionals, including specialized Security roles (preferred emphasis in the posting).
