Description

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to define job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms.
  • Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications and conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods.
  • Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees and support their integration into the company.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide recruiting reports to the team.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates and help build strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of proven work experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
  • Hands-on experience with selection processes such as video interviews, phone interviews, and reference checks.
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers, including in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric tests, and IQ/EQ tests.
  • Familiarity with HR databases.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
