Description

  • Plan, execute, and measure invitation-only executive summits, roundtables, and industry experiences.
  • Coordinate executive participation, timelines, vendors, budgets, resources, and deliverables for events.
  • Design attendee journeys that foster networking and strengthen the Extreme brand.
  • Develop year-round executive community initiatives, including virtual forums, newsletters, thought leadership, and engagement campaigns.
  • Manage the CXO Program presence on ExtremeNetworks.com and coordinate executive-focused content and communications.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, digital, content, and creative teams on program strategy and delivery.
  • Support global program expansion by localizing executive programming with regional marketing teams.
  • Create repeatable playbooks and operational processes for international program growth.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze program performance, and present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in executive programs, event marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, or strategic events.
  • Proven experience managing high-touch executive events and VIP experiences.
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Willingness to travel for event execution.
  • Experience supporting executive engagement or customer advisory board programs (preferred).
  • Experience building customer communities or membership programs, working with global marketing teams, and using CRM or marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or Tableau (preferred).

  • Market-competitive base salary of $85,000–$110,000 USD, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
