Description

  • Oversee execution and delivery of multiple complex installation-services projects involving TGCS, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Lead daily project meetings and coordinate Solution Architects, Customer Success, Sales, Installation teams, client resources, and vendors.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables to meet client and TGCS goals.
  • Apply change-control processes to manage scope and budget changes while maintaining P&L objectives.
  • Provide regular program updates to clients and internal executives, manage escalations, and resolve delivery issues.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, maintain thorough project documentation, and lead risk-mitigation activities.
  • Support qualified sales opportunities by identifying client needs and developing customized solutions.
  • Create content for RFPs and RFIs and identify opportunities to reuse existing assets.
  • Mentor Project Managers and develop leadership capabilities across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 12+ years of project management experience, including at least 6 years in retail store operations.
  • Experience managing Point-of-Sale installation and cabling projects.
  • Experience managing custom installation projects in a customer-facing services environment.
  • Experience creating customer proposals and delivering presentations.
  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership, financial management, project budgeting, and change control.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project and Excel.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, multitasking, organization, problem-solving, and results-delivery abilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrixed team environment.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
