Description

  • Size and assess new opportunities using bottom-up TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, pricing, conversion, competitive research, and ICP definition.
  • Develop, present, and defend business cases that inform leadership funding decisions.
  • Stress-test product team business cases by validating revenue, cost, adoption, baseline, and incremental-impact assumptions.
  • Lead one or two funded cross-portfolio initiatives from go-to-market planning and budgeting through stakeholder alignment and results.
  • Begin by leading localization initiatives across airSlate’s product portfolio.
  • Partner with product, growth, finance, and AI Labs leaders across multiple business units.
  • Provide clear recommendations, identify key assumptions and risks, and define what evidence would change the recommendation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or BizOps/strategy at a SaaS company.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including building clean, auditable models and explaining their drivers.
  • Track record of market sizing and building business cases used for real business decisions.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into actionable plans and deliver answers within days.
  • Clear, concise written communication for executive recommendations and presentations.
  • Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders with evidence and sound judgment.
  • Experience owning initiatives end to end, not solely advising on them.
  • Bachelor’s degree and professional working English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of PLG/self-serve SaaS economics, including funnels, conversion, and LTV/CAC (preferred).
  • Experience in document, e-signature, workflow automation, AI-enabled analysis, or launching products in new markets and languages; post-MBA background (preferred).
