Description

  • Lead projects from scoping and definition through execution and lessons learned.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and programs as delivery lead and Project Management department leader.
  • Plan roadmaps, solve delivery issues, and ensure adherence to operational best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with agency department managers to meet business and client objectives.
  • Create and improve processes, procedures, and systems to streamline or automate agency workflows.
  • Enforce project standards and business management systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage APMs, PMs, and SPMs, including direct reports.
  • Build client relationships and represent agency operations in client meetings and planning discussions.
  • Lead launch and approval planning for client PDUFA timelines.
  • Create project burn reports, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation with Account Management.
  • Resolve team conflicts and employee performance issues while providing ongoing feedback and coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in a healthcare agency environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing, including broadcast, print, digital, and medical/legal/regulatory review.
  • Expert project management skills and experience with agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Project or project planning software such as Smartsheet.
  • Experience with production and proprietary tools such as Egnyte, JIRA, Asana, content management systems, and online routing.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including user experience, web development, web services, integrations, and hosting.
  • Experience managing traditional and digital campaigns, including websites, digital experiences, and email.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
