Description

  • Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases in partnership with cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure Marketo platform health and performance optimization.
  • Support critical MarTech integrations, including connections between Marketo, CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms.
  • Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing Management teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
  • Maintain documentation for AI agents, Marketo configurations, and integrations.
  • Provide enablement and training to support AI agent adoption and Marketo usage.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AI agents and the Marketo platform.
  • Provide timely support to marketing teams across US time zones.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
