Description

  • Understand the requirements of each event and plan it within budget and time constraints.
  • Research suppliers and select the best quality-to-cost combination.
  • Manage all event operations, including venues, invitations, materials, orders, stock of goodies and brochures, and client relationships.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms.
  • Perform final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards.
  • Evaluate event success and produce reporting to track results.
  • Suggest improvements to event services and overall event quality.
  • Work with marketing to promote and raise awareness of events.
  • Proactively handle issues and resolve problems that arise during the event day.
  • Study the market to identify event opportunities and generate interest.
  • Update and manage Salesforce and campaign data.
  • Manage client NDAs and coordinate with the legal team as needed.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting by calling potential clients.
  • Receive, qualify, and disqualify inbound leads as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school and seeking a 2-year work-study placement.
  • Available for a 2-year alternance starting in September 2026.
  • Preparing for a master's degree.
  • Interest in the logistics sector, or a willingness to learn its challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and good writing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Motivated to join a fast-growing company known for product innovation.
