Description

  • Own LawRank’s new revenue target and manage quarterly and annual performance against it.
  • Build accurate forecasts and review pipeline performance on a weekly basis.
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation across both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Set quota and territory structure for the AE team and adjust it as the business scales.
  • Lead, hire, and develop AEs, SDRs, and other sales leaders.
  • Coach reps on consultative, value-based selling tailored to law firm buyers.
  • Build scalable sales processes and a sales operating cadence that supports growth.
  • Align closely with Marketing on demand generation and pipeline strategy.
  • Partner with Client Success on warm handoffs and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop strategic relationships with law firm leaders and represent the company at industry events and key client meetings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, including 7+ years leading sales teams.
  • Experience building or rebuilding a sales engine in a high-growth digital marketing or B2B services environment.
  • Strong consultative, value-based selling skills focused on outcomes rather than features.
  • Comfort owning a significant revenue target and rebuilding the system that produces it.
  • Data-driven pipeline management and forecasting experience, with the ability to evaluate CRM health quickly.
  • Direct experience selling digital marketing services, SaaS, or legal technology to attorneys and law firms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in adjacent regulated B2B verticals such as financial advisory, medical/dental, or professional services may be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent operating experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% for client meetings, conferences, offsites, and team gatherings.
