Description

  • Serve as the main client-facing representative for enterprise accounts.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships while nurturing and expanding strategic client partnerships.
  • Work with project management to deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget.
  • Act as the key liaison with internal stakeholders for issue escalation and mitigation planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize programs deployed for accounts.
  • Engage clients to define key metrics and deliver performance reports within SLAs.
  • Lead business reviews with key partners to discuss performance and upcoming initiatives.
  • Forecast monthly client pipeline and prepare long-term and short-term account plans.
  • Map client priorities to the company’s value proposition in account strategies.
  • Present account updates to Everly Health Solutions leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management experience in the healthcare industry required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business or science-related field preferred.
  • Track record of owning and growing a book of business across multiple accounts.
  • Highly analytical, strategic, and data-driven approach to account management.
  • Creative problem-solving ability for complex client and operational challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence, presentation development skills, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage and use AI fluently and with understanding.
