Description

  • Manage inbound private jet charter inquiries and convert leads into closed bookings.
  • Present customized flight solutions based on client needs and preferences.
  • Guide clients through the full booking process from inquiry to confirmation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Deliver a premium, concierge-level client experience from initial contact through post-flight follow-up.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally across phone, email, Slack, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM.
  • Track pipeline status and support reporting and sales visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in rotating coverage schedules to support a 24/7 client service environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and manage high-value client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
  • Experience using communication tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  • Comfortable working EST hours with rotating availability.
  • Experience in private aviation or charter sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of private jet categories, specifications, flight range, cabin configurations, and Part 135 operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions is preferred.
