Description

  • Maintain PMO tooling for project planning, status reporting, risk reporting, and PM activity organization at project and portfolio level.
  • Provide guidance to teams on the chosen management methodology and review project management deliverables.
  • Support project managers in complying with IT governance rules.
  • Participate in reviews of estimated costs, timescales, and resource requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans and track activities against plan, providing regular and accurate reports.
  • Monitor costs, timescales, and resources and review corrective actions when deviations are identified.
  • Define and manage the change control procedure and obtain agreement for project revisions from sponsors.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in IT or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a Project Management Officer and Project Manager/Project Team Leader.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an agile software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, artefacts, and roles.
  • Experience using the M365 toolset, including Excel.
  • Coaching or trainer experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Power tools such as Power Automate and query tools.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI and Jira.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SharePoint and Teams administration.
  • Certification in management methodologies such as PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, or SCRUM.
  • Advanced Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent command of English.
