Description

  • Own the Agile Targeting delivery plan and align execution with customer commitments and Geospatial BU priorities.
  • Lead sprint and release planning, backlog prioritization, and tradeoffs across scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Track cross-team dependencies, risks, readiness, delivery status, and campaign KPIs.
  • Translate operator and field feedback into product requirements and clearly scoped engineering work.
  • Support customer discovery, demos, proposals, capture efforts, and executive briefings.
  • Partner with engineering leads on architecture, data integrations, technical debt, design reviews, and delivery tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Program teams to align campaign execution.
  • Ensure capabilities meet applicable security, regulatory, and government contracting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of technical program management, product management, or similar experience.
  • 7+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience owning software delivery across frontend, backend, cloud, and QA functions.
  • Strong Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint and release planning, and risk tracking.
  • Technical fluency in engineering design discussions and technical tradeoffs.
  • Experience translating customer and business needs into engineering requirements and execution plans.
  • Experience with GIS, geospatial technology, ISR/FMV, defense, or tactical software.
  • Familiarity with targeting-cycle doctrine and direct experience with DoD, SOCOM, coalition, or public safety operators.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% and obtain an active security clearance.
  • Preferred: FMV/ISR, camera detection, cUAS, TAK, Cesium, ArcGIS, GDAL, GeoJSON, C2, DoD acquisition, or C#/C++/Python experience.
