Description

  • Identify and assess automation and process-improvement opportunities across business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and prioritize initiatives by business impact.
  • Lead discovery sessions and maintain a self-service intake process for automation ideas.
  • Design, build, and implement automation solutions with internal development teams and external vendors.
  • Evaluate initiatives based on effort, risk, ROI, compliance, and technical feasibility.
  • Oversee automation delivery and maintain a portfolio balancing quick wins with strategic projects.
  • Manage vendor selection, onboarding, relationships, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with engineering, data, security, and product teams to ensure integration and operational readiness.
  • Define and track KPIs including hours saved, error reduction, cycle-time improvement, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and managing workflow automation or scripting solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one leading automation platform, such as UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable business-efficiency improvements through automation.
  • Ability to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering or development teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Experience managing external vendors or solution providers, including selection, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with AI-supported process-improvement solutions and alignment with broader AI strategies.
  • Strong program-management, prioritization, stakeholder-influence, and project-completion skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including translating technical concepts into business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in regulated or high-scale industries such as gaming, fintech, or entertainment is preferred.
