Description

  • Source and close new enterprise business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Prospect and generate self-sourced opportunities through strategic outreach and industry events.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and explain Ethena’s positioning, integrations, and value to prospects.
  • Lead discovery and sales calls that uncover business challenges, goals, and buying processes.
  • Manage complex, non-transactional deals across multiple stakeholders and buyer personas.
  • Build and drive tailored sales processes that move enterprise opportunities forward.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce updates on a weekly basis to support forecasting and learning.
  • Travel a few times per year to meet prospects, customers, and represent Ethena at events.
  • Raise issues and contribute solutions to improve process, product, or culture.

Requirements

  • SaaS full-cycle closing experience with complex enterprise deals on small, high-growth teams.
  • Proven success consistently exceeding quota, hunting for new business, and nurturing opportunities.
  • Track record of closing 6-figure deals.
  • Experience presenting to and building relationships with C-suite and executive-level buyers.
  • Ability to operate with little direction and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
  • Existing pipeline or network in Legal, Compliance, HR, L&D, or related compliance industries is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort helping build the sales process rather than following a rigid playbook.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively, accept feedback, and maintain strong meeting hygiene.
  • Based in the United States; no employer visa sponsorship is currently offered.
