Description

  • Source, manage, and close new business deals.
  • Clearly communicate Ethena’s value proposition and connect products to prospect pain points.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs deeply.
  • Multi-thread across stakeholder groups to develop internal champions.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline, manage deal stage progression, and keep accurate Salesforce forecasts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Travel a few times per year to attend key events and meet prospects in person.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS full-cycle sales, especially complex, non-transactional deals.
  • Experience working on small, high-growth teams.
  • Track record of surpassing sales quotas and winning new business.
  • Proven ability to proactively manage pipeline and move deals through each stage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Curiosity about new technology and the ability to connect it to business impact.
  • Proactive, self-led, and motivated to make an impact.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to improve the sales playbook.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales automation tools such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Alignment with Ethena’s mission and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Based in the United States; no employer visa sponsorship is available for this role.
  • Ability to work remotely and in a sedentary home-office environment.

Benefits

  • Annual on-target earnings of $140,000-$200,000.
  • Starting base salary of $70,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
