Description

  • Maintain integrated master schedule updates, action items, risk and issue logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare monthly status reports, performance metrics, and government-furnished equipment inventories.
  • Administer the Quality Control Plan, including Jira review sign-offs, comment-disposition matrices, and correction cycles.
  • Manage Git-versioned OCIO ZTA Wiki pages, ownership records, review dates, and quarterly refreshes.
  • Operate the ZTA ServiceNow help desk, route questions to subject matter experts, and develop FAQs from recurring inquiries.
  • Coordinate monthly IC office hours, track attendance, and distribute enterprise communications with ISAO.
  • Maintain the Process Integration Tracker for Subtask 2.3.
  • Build Power BI dashboards for delivery, adoption, and Zero Trust maturity metrics.
  • Review deliverables for Section 508 conformance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of program operations or business analysis experience, preferably on federal contracts.
  • Experience producing monthly status reports and maintaining schedules and risk logs.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • U.S. citizenship and fluent English required.
  • Ability to obtain NIH suitability determination and a PIV credential.
  • ServiceNow, Power BI, and Jira/Confluence experience preferred.
  • Section 508 document remediation experience preferred.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity or GRC programs preferred; CAPM, PMI-PBA, or CBAP certification is a plus.
  • Current NIH or HHS experience highly preferred.
  • Risk or vulnerability testing personnel must hold a current T2 (BI) or higher investigation.

Benefits

  • Remote-eligible position with occasional on-site support in Bethesda, MD.
  • Annual salary range of $75,000–$85,000.
