Description

  • Plan, build, and run demand generation campaigns across healthcare, police and blue light, local authorities, and mid-market enterprise segments.
  • Own the CRM end to end, including workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, lead routing, segmentation, nurture sequences, and custom attribution.
  • Set strategy and performance targets for external SEO and paid media agencies, and hold them accountable to commercial outcomes.
  • Write marketing content for websites, email, LinkedIn, and sales enablement materials tailored to different senior audiences.
  • Own the marketing reporting layer, including channel mix, attribution, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear view of what is working and what is not.
  • Source industry voices and support webinars and events, including LT Show and sector conferences.
  • Use AI tools to make the marketing function faster and more effective.
  • Work closely within the commercial function and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a track record of generating qualified pipeline.
  • Deep CRM experience in HubSpot or Salesforce, including advanced workflows, lead scoring, and custom attribution.
  • Experience managing external agencies with genuine accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong writing ability across different senior and professional audiences.
  • Comfort working with data and analytics to assess performance and ROI.
  • A working understanding of strong LinkedIn presence in a long B2B sales cycle, with a personal profile that reflects it.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, GovTech, or another regulated sector.
  • Genuine, active use of AI tools in current work.
  • Ability to travel to Swansea for anchored in-person moments when needed.
  • Strong track record and attitude, with flexibility if one or two requirements are not fully met.
