Description

  • Own the creation, tracking, and velocity of the enterprise sales pipeline from MQL to SQL to pipeline value.
  • Lead the internal marketing team by setting KPIs, removing roadblocks, and managing day-to-day execution.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns for high-ACV enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and executive leadership to improve GTM alignment and support strategic selling initiatives.
  • Refine and strengthen Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbooks.
  • Deliver concise executive reporting on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Shield the CEO from daily marketing operational issues by taking direct ownership of marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an early marketing leader or key growth driver at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success building enterprise pipeline for buyers with $100k+ ACV.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise buying committees.
  • Highly tactical, hands-on execution mindset with ability to write copy, build campaigns, and analyze data directly.
  • Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
  • Experience with ABM orchestration platforms and intent data tools.
  • Ability to operate in a fractional/part-time contract role on a short-term basis.
  • Track record of staying long enough in prior roles to see the compounding impact of growth strategies.
