Description

  • Own UI/UX optimisation and conversion performance across 6-7 Sleek websites.
  • Optimise landing pages, value propositions, CTAs, and website copy to improve funnel entry and lead generation.
  • Design and iterate on website components to improve engagement and user conversion.
  • Run A/B tests and CRO experiments, then track, measure, and act on results.
  • Identify and reduce funnel drop-offs and friction points using data and user behaviour insights.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and use findings to guide continuous improvement.
  • Introduce AI-driven funnel experiences to improve UX, service discovery, and conversion.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows, insights, and experimentation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Paid, Revenue, Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Platform teams on conversion initiatives.
  • Progressively take ownership of end-to-end funnel performance for a market.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in eCommerce, CRO, Digital Product, or UX-focused growth roles.
  • Experience in a role focused on website UI/UX and conversion; this is not a content, SEO, or paid media role.
  • Demonstrated ability to design or deploy AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents to solve business problems.
  • Hands-on experience improving landing page and funnel conversion performance with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with experimentation, analytics, and behavioural tools such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, and Mixpanel or similar.
  • Strong understanding of CRO, user behaviour, funnel optimisation, and customer decision-making.
  • Cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, or Marketing teams to ship on-site improvements.
  • Ability to rewrite value propositions and copy to improve conversion.
  • AI capability will be assessed through a mandatory case study and debrief in the interview process.
  • Preferred attributes include customer-centric thinking, ownership, data-driven decision-making, structured thinking, experimentation mindset, systems thinking, and strong collaboration.
  • Background screening may include verification of education, criminal history, political exposure, and bankruptcy or adverse credit history.
