Description

  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and discuss solutions.
  • Present product features and explain how they address customer challenges.
  • Answer customer questions about Entrata products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and functions.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
  • Represent Entrata at apartment associations, trade shows, and regional events across the territory.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales, including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Experience selling CRM software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of property management software is preferred.
  • Experience working with a remote team is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are advantageous.
  • Existing relationships within the property management industry are advantageous.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Open to candidates based in PA or MA for this role.
