Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned strategic accounts.
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges, and align Entrata solutions to their needs.
  • Develop account plans for growth, upsell opportunities, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Entrata's product suite and its value to clients.
  • Provide consultative guidance on best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Support to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Communicate product updates, new features, and relevant information to clients.
  • Manage quota-bearing sales activity within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in technology/software sales, such as SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Genuine passion for sales with exceptional presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Understanding of how to cultivate client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Social intelligence and the ability to build lasting, high-quality relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software, property management software, remote teams, analytical/problem-solving skills, existing property management industry relationships, current property management technology trends, and multilingual proficiency are advantageous.
