Description

  • Own the client relationship and serve as the client’s main point of contact for commercial engagement.
  • Drive profitable growth by developing strategic relationships and expanding the existing service portfolio.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Pricing, Solutions Engineering, Advisory & Consulting, and specialist teams.
  • Develop account plans, account strategy, and services growth plans, and maintain SFDC data for the account.
  • Build and maintain executive relationship maps, key technical relationships, and alliance partnerships that support account growth.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across the client’s IT landscape and introduce new services.
  • Engage with the client’s cloud and transformation strategy, including cloud-native development and modernization initiatives.
  • Lead weekly internal status reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews with the client and internal teams.
  • Partner with Service Delivery to assess client health and CSAT, and escalate delivery issues that affect growth.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to internal teams on operational and commercial challenges while managing executive sponsor involvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15 years of sales experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise-scale solution selling.
  • Understanding of the managed services marketplace, including key players, competitive strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Experience working in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Experience in managed services and consultancy sales preferred.
  • Demonstrable success navigating mid- and large-sized enterprises to create IT- and business-led opportunities.
  • Independent and self-directed working style preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Travel required up to 50% of the time.
