Description

  • Own end-to-end new business across the LATAM and Spanish mid-market, including prospecting, qualification, and closing net-new accounts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting and disciplined territory planning.
  • Run a rigorous commercial cycle with clear next steps, strong qualification, and accurate forecasting.
  • Multi-thread within landed accounts to identify and win additional stakeholders, teams, and decision-makers.
  • Partner with Value Engineers to drive adoption, surface new use cases, and commercialize growth opportunities.
  • Position Make as a strategic platform for AI transformation across operations, revenue, and IT teams.
  • Act as the strategic lead for the LATAM and Spanish mid-market, steering segment strategy and priorities.
  • Align other Account Managers, Value Engineers, Partner Account Managers, and BDRs around a shared plan to win the segment.
  • Share market intelligence and feedback with Product and go-to-market teams.
  • Consistently deliver against new business and growth targets with strong ownership and energy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of developing a new market or winning new logos.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close net-new business rather than only manage an existing book.
  • Strong command of MEDDIC or a similar sales methodology.
  • Experience navigating complex accounts and multiple stakeholders.
  • Spanish native speaker with fluent English.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM and Spanish business culture and buying processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, startup-like environment.
  • Ownership-driven, autonomous, and comfortable working remotely from the Madrid hub.
  • Curious and solution-oriented, with genuine interest in automation and AI.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Heavy user of AI tools and able to understand and position technical workflows and automation use cases.
