Description

  • Own the relationship with allocated OEMs and act as the main point of accountability for all matters tied to Keyloop’s partnership with them.
  • Manage and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships with OEM stakeholders.
  • Shape and communicate Keyloop’s strategy to OEM senior management and secure strategic alignment.
  • Identify and develop mutually beneficial growth initiatives with OEM partners.
  • Oversee DMS certification and mandate compliance, supporting market teams to drive adoption and resolve escalations.
  • Coordinate communication across Keyloop teams, markets, and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Work with functional, go-to-market, programme, and partner management teams to deliver projects on time and to quality.
  • Act as an escalation point for service, delivery, and conflict issues through OEM steering committees.
  • Negotiate contracts, certifications, and endorsements on behalf of Keyloop.
  • Manage budget, forecasting, purchase orders, pipeline tracking, and commercial reporting.

Requirements

  • Extensive client management experience, ideally in the retail automotive industry.
  • Strong software-as-a-service delivery background, preferably in automotive.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or geographies, ideally in European regions such as DACH, the UK, Nordics, or Benelux.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing issues and escalations in complex customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate credibly on technical delivery topics with senior customers.
  • Significant business experience with the ability to represent Keyloop in high-stakes relationship moments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Broad business background that supports credibility across a wide range of subjects.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; hiring is based on experience and potential.
  • Experience with AI tools is encouraged, as Keyloop trains employees to use them to improve creativity and productivity.
