Description

  • Exceed monthly revenue quota and drive territory growth.
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Work with new and existing customers to understand needs and position solutions.
  • Coordinate the sales process with Marketing and the Sales Solutions Engineer, including demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with the Regional Sales Director and/or CCO.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity in HubSpot CRM.
  • Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teammates to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Represent EnsoData at industry shows and travel as needed for onsite demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sleep medicine, specifically home sleep testing sales; PPG experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare software, Software as a Medical Device, or SaaS sales is preferred.
  • 5+ years of account executive experience is preferred.
  • Experience closing business in a health system is required.
  • Enterprise health system sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is preferred, though not required.
  • Strong clinical aptitude, business acumen, work ethic, and a hunter mindset are required.
  • Excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to partner with a dynamic team are required.
  • Experience working with remote and hybrid teams is required.
  • Prior experience at a startup, tech, software engineering, or similar company is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
  • Candidates must live in the territory area; applicants outside the territory will not be considered.
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States now and in the future; sponsorship is not available.

  • Base salary of $90,000 with on-target earnings of $220,000.
