Description

  • Own a portfolio of global strategic customers and serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer business objectives and Coveo's AI platform capabilities.
  • Build executive relationships with business and technology leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to drive value and expansion.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and navigate global procurement processes to close new and expanded business opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Renewals, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to help inform product strategy.
  • Identify, advance, and close high-impact expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience exceeding sales targets while growing existing enterprise software or SaaS accounts.
  • Proven success managing complex global accounts and engaging executive stakeholders, including CEOs, CIOs, and senior business leaders.
  • Strong strategic account management skills with the ability to align technology solutions to customer business priorities and long-term outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise building and managing a healthy pipeline, leading complex sales cycles, and consistently delivering revenue growth.
  • Experience selling AI, cloud, data, or other emerging enterprise technologies is preferred.
  • A consultative approach that builds trust quickly and positions you as a long-term strategic advisor is preferred.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and thrive in a high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Curiosity, resilience, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes are preferred.
