Description

  • Own and expand relationships with Tier 1 carriers, carrier aggregators, identity providers, and trust networks.
  • Serve as EnrollHere’s primary executive contact for carrier trust, fraud, abuse, and ecosystem partners.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within carrier trust, fraud, and abuse teams.
  • Own STIR/SHAKEN posture, attestation strategy, call labeling, reputation management, and remediation workflows.
  • Align the company’s trust-layer capabilities with carrier frameworks, policies, and enforcement expectations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate carrier requirements into platform capabilities and pre-clear telecom-dependent launches.
  • Guide implementation of branded calling, call reason metadata, and identity frameworks.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to interpret policy changes and ensure TCPA/TSR alignment from a network perspective.
  • Negotiate carrier and vendor agreements, including volume pricing, preferred routing, beta access, and early-access programs.
  • Support enterprise and marketplace growth by unlocking carrier-supported features and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in telecommunications, carrier strategy, or network partnerships.
  • Direct experience working with Tier 1 carriers and/or carrier aggregators.
  • Experience with STIR/SHAKEN, call labeling, and trust frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
  • Experience interfacing with carrier trust, fraud, or abuse teams.
  • Ability to navigate carrier policies, escalation paths, and telecom compliance considerations.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and strategic partnerships is preferred.
  • Familiarity with branded calling, identity frameworks, or call reputation systems is preferred.
