Description

  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and business challenges.
  • Present product capabilities and position solutions against customer pain points.
  • Respond to customer questions about products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and functions.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through regular follow-up.
  • Participate in apartment associations, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Travel periodically to Entrata headquarters in Utah and to regional customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology or software sales, including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Understanding of how to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Strong social intelligence and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience selling CRM software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of property management software is advantageous.
  • Experience working with a remote team is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are advantageous.
  • Existing relationships within the property management industry are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with current trends in property management technology is advantageous.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
