Description

  • Partner with the Chief Business Officer to define and execute partnership and supply strategy.
  • Lead special projects that connect teams such as RevOps, Finance, Legal, and Product.
  • Identify where cross-functional support is needed to accelerate deal velocity and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the communication hub between the CBO and the leadership team to ensure strategic decisions are executed.
  • Hold teams accountable to commitments and close communication gaps as the company scales.
  • Prepare board, investor, and partner materials with data-backed analysis and recommendations.
  • Run deep dives into the company’s commercial architecture to inform strategy.
  • Act as a trusted proxy for the CBO in high-priority meetings and decisions.
  • Own research and preparation for executive leadership team meetings.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in high-growth tech, strategy consulting, or fast-paced commercial operations.
  • Experience in fintech, travel-tech, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex commercial and legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfort operating both in the details of project tracking, dashboards, and quota configuration and at a high strategic level.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-product environment where rigor and speed both matter.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an operator, strategist, and proxy in a senior support role.

  • Competitive base salary of $190,000 to $230,000 USD.
