Description

  • Lead the Platform Excellence program and translate cross-functional priorities into a 12–18 month roadmap.
  • Drive enterprise decisions by framing issues, risks, tradeoffs, and execution implications for executives.
  • Build governance structures, operating cadences, escalation paths, and accountability forums across functions.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, including decision logs, risk registers, roadmaps, and supporting records.
  • Prepare concise executive- and board-level reporting with clear recommendations and actions.
  • Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Trust & Safety, and Payments.
  • Surface risks early, resolve blockers, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
  • Connect strategic planning to day-to-day delivery while aligning workstreams to broader business priorities.
  • Create scalable systems, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve visibility and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise program leadership, strategic initiatives, business operations, enterprise transformation, strategy consulting, compliance, regulatory program management, or a related field.
  • Experience operating at the Senior Manager level or as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-wide scope.
  • Direct experience leading high-stakes cross-functional programs in fintech, payments, or e-commerce checkout environments.
  • Experience owning multi-quarter roadmaps, annual planning processes, executive or board materials, risk and issue management, and operating cadences.
  • Experience supporting regulatory remediation, compliance-related transformation, or other programs requiring audit-ready documentation.
  • Ability to quickly develop fluency in an in-flight program’s regulatory, risk, operational, and business context.
  • Strong credibility with senior executives and the ability to translate complex information into decision-ready recommendations.
  • Ability to shape enterprise operating models while also driving detailed workstream execution.
  • Ability to create accountability through influence and navigate competing priorities without waiting for perfect information.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and delivery teams.
  • Preferred: Experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategic Initiatives, Business Operations, Enterprise Transformation, or enterprise program leadership function.
  • Preferred: Strategy consulting background paired with substantial in-house operating experience in a complex, regulated environment.
