Description

  • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Conduct profitability, margin, and break-even analyses to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Extract, cleanse, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, BI, and other business systems.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting using modern analytics and visualization tools.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate repetitive analyses, and enhance business insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Product, and Accounting on strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packages with commentary and recommendations.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes through automation, technology, and best practices.
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and executive presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and multiple business systems.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Power Automate.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into business recommendations.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
