Description

  • Own Teramind’s overall marketing strategy, brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, and field/partner marketing functions.
  • Define and manage Teramind’s market positioning, messaging architecture, and brand narrative across segments and geographies.
  • Establish Teramind as a category leader in insider threat detection, DLP, workforce analytics, and AI Governance.
  • Drive analyst relations and earned media strategy with outlets and firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
  • Build and scale a full-funnel demand generation engine across paid, organic, ABM, and partner-led channels.
  • Own pipeline contribution targets in partnership with the CRO and sales leadership.
  • Lead marketing operations and attribution by building reporting infrastructure that connects marketing investment to revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on product narratives, launch playbooks, and competitive intelligence programs.
  • Enable the sales team with segment-specific messaging, battlecards, and collateral.
  • Assess, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing global marketing team while building scalable processes and vendor/agency relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a VP or CMO.
  • Proven track record scaling demand generation and pipeline in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity, DLP, insider threat, or adjacent HR/workforce tech markets, or strong evidence of rapid domain acquisition.
  • Experience with marketing attribution and automation software such as HubSpot, Dreamdata, LinkedIn, or similar tools.
  • Experience building and leading distributed, high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to represent the company externally to customers, press, and analysts.
  • Hands-on fluency in marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue outcomes, not just top-of-funnel metrics.
  • Preferred experience marketing to CISO, CIO, or compliance/legal buyers.
  • International marketing experience across EMEA, APAC, or LATAM is a significant plus.
