Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Account Managers delivering digital marketing services to SMB clients.
  • Run new-client kickoff calls to set expectations, align budgets, and build campaign strategy and ROI benchmarks.
  • Partner with the ads team to translate strategy into paid media, SEO, email, and landing page plans.
  • Review assets, copy, campaigns, and reporting to ensure quality before client delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and turn data into proactive optimizations that improve client ROI.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Spot recurring issues across accounts and improve systems, processes, and standards at the team level.
  • Lead the team in using the company’s AI tool stack and maintain quality standards for AI-assisted work.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Wishpond’s service model, processes, and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client strategy, including at least 2 years in a leadership, team lead, or senior supervisory role.
  • Experience in an SMB-focused agency or SaaS environment is a strong asset.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email marketing, and landing pages/CRO.
  • Strong understanding of what drives marketing ROI for small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships.
  • Experience building or refining onboarding and client success processes.
  • Experience leading senior client-facing conversations, including kickoffs, budgets, and strategy.
  • Comfort working across a full AI tool stack and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Technical, analytical, results-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized with strong administrative, writing, phone, and general communication skills.
  • Background in paid media, SEO, email, or full-funnel campaign strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is an advantage, not a requirement.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be willing to work standard business hours in either the Pacific Time Zone or the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Must provide own workstation, computer, headset, and fast, reliable internet connection.
  • Must be able to work 100% remotely from anywhere outside of Canada.
  • May be subject to background, reference, criminal record, and credit checks.
  • Must provide government photo ID and proof of residential address during onboarding.
