Description

  • Own Vasion’s Intelligent Print Automation positioning, messaging, and category narrative across buyers, analysts, press, and partners.
  • Lead analyst relations with Gartner, IDC, Quocirca, and Forrester to improve market recognition and report placement.
  • Drive product launches, platform expansions, and partner integration launches in coordination with Product, Sales, Growth, and Partners.
  • Build messaging frameworks that work across multiple verticals and throughout the full funnel.
  • Partner with Product and Pricing to shape packaging, bundling, and commercial strategy.
  • Design scalable go-to-market infrastructure and repeatable launch processes.
  • Create sales enablement tools such as battlecards, ROI frameworks, impact studies, persona messaging, and objection handling assets.
  • Work with the CRO and sales leadership on segment priorities, demo support, technical assets, and deal-level narrative support.
  • Own win/loss analysis and translate insights into positioning and enablement improvements.
  • Lead and grow a global product marketing team and establish operating standards for the function.
  • Build an always-on customer and market insight engine through interviews, competitive monitoring, win/loss analysis, and analyst engagement.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and inform both roadmap and marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably at companies scaling past $100M ARR.
  • 7+ years leading and scaling product marketing teams, including recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Proven experience in category creation or category leadership.
  • Fluency in AI-driven go-to-market strategy and how AI changes buyer behavior, packaging, and enterprise software commercial models.
  • Deep cross-functional credibility as a peer to Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
  • Analyst relations experience with Gartner, IDC, Forrester, or equivalent.
  • Experience marketing to both technical and business buyers at the same time.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and decision-making without perfect information.
  • Preferred experience working with CIOs, CISOs, and technology decision-makers.
