Description

Own end-to-end recruiting across go-to-market and other business functions, from intake through offer close.
Build and nurture candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, and events.
Map target accounts, competitors, and niche talent pools in cybersecurity and software development.
Partner with sales leadership to scale hiring for Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and sales leaders, as well as Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Sales Development roles.
Run structured kickoff meetings and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
Deliver a high-touch and transparent candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance.
Track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing yield to inform decisions and improve process.
Craft outreach and sourcing strategies that attract passive candidates in a highly competitive market.
Participate in talent initiatives such as refining interview rubrics, scorecards, DEI sourcing approaches, and calibration processes.

Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience in both agency recruiting and in-house recruiting, ideally supporting cybersecurity or software development companies.
Ability to own GTM requisitions end to end, including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview design, closing, and offer negotiation.
Proven success hiring enterprise or field sales roles in B2B SaaS, ideally including AEs, SEs, and sales leadership.
Strong sourcing skills, including building target lists and engaging passive talent.
Comfort operating in startup environments and learning complex technical domains quickly.
Clear, confident communication and ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
Experience using outbound sourcing tools and methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, and meetups/events is preferred.
Experience supporting DEI sourcing or interview calibration efforts is preferred.
