Description

  • Act as Encoura’s primary sales interface for renewals with partners and customers.
  • Work with internal sales and success teams to develop and deliver renewal proposals with expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, quoting, and processing renewal contracts.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive on-time renewals and improve retention rates.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify account health risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular status and forecast updates to business segment leaders and senior leadership.
  • Review existing and expiring contracts and engage in renewal negotiations to secure renewals.
  • Independently resolve routine client renewal issues while prioritizing workload and timelines.
  • Support Customer Success on strategies to identify and mitigate retention risks.
  • Own an assigned book of business and ensure renewals are delivered before expiration.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in consultative selling, renewal management, and relationship management in an enterprise, solution, or technical sales environment.
  • 2-5 years of experience building relationships with partners and executing transactions through partners.
  • Highly developed client service and client satisfaction focus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined virtual team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the higher education and e-Learning sectors preferred.
  • Successful completion of CLEAR™ identity verification as part of pre-employment screening.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
