Description

  • Own the health of assigned customer accounts and help customers realize the full value of their investment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support Engineering.
  • Lead Cato’s post-sales motion across the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers.
  • Assess product adoption maturity and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage renewals and upsells to support customer retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in a Customer Success role at a high-growth SaaS, technology vendor, or cybersecurity company.
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and technical escalation management.
  • Experience working with networking or security software solutions.
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels and earn trusted advisor status.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving mindset with strong ownership.
  • Comfort working in a geographically distributed team within a hyper-growth global organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Hands-on prior experience in one or more networking/security domains such as routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, secure web gateway/CASB/DLP, identity management, threat protection, load balancing, networking protocol analysis, WAN, or MPLS.
