Description

  • Convert 3–6 daily warm inbound meetings booked by the India-based team into signed customers.
  • Self-source additional meetings to supplement the inbound pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close, typically across 2–3 phone-based touchpoints.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with busy business owners in a concise, efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and manage the pipeline diligently.
  • Follow each deal through to closed won or closed lost outcomes.
  • Handle objections professionally while following up persistently and politely.
  • Collaborate with a distributed team across time zones to support sales activity.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle sales experience, with ownership of deals from first call to signed contract.
  • Strong, clear, and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to earn a business owner's time quickly and make short conversations count.
  • Ability to follow up persistently without being pushy and to handle objections calmly.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and comfort working remotely.
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones with a distributed team.
  • Ambition to grow within a scaling team, with opportunities available for the right person.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 12:00am to 09:00am SAST.
  • Contractor role based in South Africa.
  • Experience in inside sales, fintech, or SaaS is relevant given the company context.
