Description

  • Review the current HubSpot implementation, including data structure, custom objects, pipelines, workflows, email templates, and reporting dashboards, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement workflows, automation rules, custom objects, and reports that support broker, admin support, and executive teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and recruitment teams to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.
  • Build automated process support for lead hand-offs, broker onboarding, settlement follow-ups, and client referral tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity by managing cleaning protocols, duplication rules, data hygiene, and consistent segmentation.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to internal users on HubSpot best practices.
  • Support user adoption and enforce CRM process discipline across the business.
  • Set up and monitor key performance dashboards and provide insights to leadership.
  • Stay current with HubSpot updates, integrations, and third-party tools, and recommend or coordinate new integrations that improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CRM specialist working with HubSpot in a sales or operations environment.
  • Strong experience with workflow automation, custom objects, reporting, and dashboard design.
  • Good understanding of sales and operations processes, preferably within finance, brokerage, or professional services.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, reporting, and business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.
  • Strong communication and training skills, including user onboarding, process documentation, and adoption support.
  • Desirable experience in asset finance or understanding of broker and loan application workflows.
  • Knowledge of integrations such as email marketing tools, settlement or loan systems, and API usage.
  • Fully remote role based in South Africa.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 12am to 8am SAST.
  • Long-term contractor engagement.
  • Salary of R35,000 to R50,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
