Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers across the DACH region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers throughout the lifecycle.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive high satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by aligning customer needs with emnify’s solutions.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Pricing, Legal, Customer Success, and Network Access teams.
  • Guide customers through complex technical and commercial use cases.
  • Contribute to scalable processes and best practices as the company grows.
  • Help shape a collaborative, customer-centric culture and support emnify’s long-term success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a related role.
  • Experience within IoT, telecom, SaaS, or other technical environments.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear customer-facing value.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise customers is implied by the role focus.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles supporting complex use cases is preferred.
