Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for primary care provider partners and build trusted, consultative relationships.
  • Drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success of Counterpart Assistant across a portfolio of provider accounts.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team on provider onboarding, training, and in-office workflow best practices.
  • Work closely with clinical and non-clinical practice staff to support effective platform implementation and usage.
  • Create and manage engagement plans that help providers maximize platform value and improve retention.
  • Analyze provider performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend interventions to improve outcomes.
  • Promote best practices for using Counterpart Assistant across different primary care practice settings.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to incorporate provider feedback and market insights into the offering.
  • Present and demonstrate the platform to providers and support them in integrating it into daily clinical workflows.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
  • Proven success driving provider adoption and retention.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff to drive operational change.
  • Ability to translate operational data into actionable performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows.
  • Proven experience implementing, improving, or changing clinical process workflows.
  • Knowledge of EHRs, ideally in a primary care setting, medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Must reside in Dallas-Fort Worth.
  • Preferred: understanding of value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement.
  • Preferred: experience implementing value-based care tools and technology products in primary care.
  • Preferred: understanding of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, accurate coding, Stars, and HEDIS.
