Description

  • Orchestrate daily and weekly team processes, including syncs, planning sessions, retrospectives, asynchronous PM updates, and portfolio review reports.
  • Manage cross-stream and cross-project dependencies and timelines, escalating conflicts to leadership when needed.
  • Own the full process from task intake to resolution, including triage, task tracking, and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders by preparing monthly release reports and handling ad-hoc updates.
  • Oversee process improvements and light automation using tools such as YouTrack and SQL.
  • Coordinate integration and automation work across a complex internal platform and related company services.
  • Support collaboration within a strong team culture and keep delivery workflows organized and visible.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including Gantt charts, dependency mapping, task tracking tools, process design, and SCRUM or similar.
  • Technical literacy and understanding of how systems integrate and communicate, such as Camunda with CRM or AI.
  • Strong written communication skills in English; Russian is also valued.
  • LLM literacy, with experience in AI-driven workflows considered a plus.
  • Basic coding proficiency for automating workflows in YouTrack or writing simple SQL queries is a nice to have.
  • English level upper-intermediate (B2/B2+).
  • Kind but assertive communication style.
  • Empathy and patience, with genuine care for the team.
  • Structured thinking and high personal discipline.
