Description

  • Own end-to-end program management for new markets across Stripe’s roadmap, with a focus on the Americas and EMEA regions.
  • Drive operational readiness across multiple workstreams by tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and unblocking dependencies.
  • Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards for a growing portfolio of markets.
  • Represent the team in senior-level conversations across Stripe with strong judgment and accountability.
  • Coordinate across Risk, Operations, Product, Engineering, Strategy, GTM, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Facilitate alignment among teams with competing priorities and ensure clear ownership throughout execution.
  • Identify operational impacts, gaps, and launch considerations for entering new markets.
  • Oversee forecasting, monitoring, and last-mile execution to maintain operational readiness.
  • Maintain high operational rigor and execution discipline across complex programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a high-performance environment managing complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and build from 0→1 when no playbook exists.
  • Strong program management skills, including tracking multi-workstream initiatives, surfacing risks early, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Experience aligning Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams toward shared goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including writing concise 1-pagers and presenting to senior audiences.
  • AI fluency and active use of AI tools to accelerate work, with the ability to explain how they are used.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones, with flexibility to join calls outside standard US business hours as needed.
  • Experience working on international expansion, market entry, regulatory, or licensing programs is preferred.
  • Prior experience at a technology company; fintech or payments experience is a plus.
  • East Coast or Central Time candidates are preferred, or candidates willing to flex to EMEA and APAC time zones.
