Description

  • Own and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, and address early risks such as burnout or retention concerns.
  • Partner with Department Heads and Team Leads to improve team effectiveness, resolve complex people issues, and strengthen performance.
  • Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build managerial capability.
  • Analyze HR metrics, trends, and reports to produce actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Support compensation and performance review processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously improve HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.
  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that support organizational scaling and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports to make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership.
  • Coaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
