Description

  • Advise People Business Partners and senior leaders on compensation strategy and execution.
  • Partner with leadership to support compensation programs for Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams at Arsenal-1.
  • Guide annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles for the Arsenal-1 population.
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
  • Lead job evaluation processes and conduct market pricing analyses to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Resolve complex compensation issues in partnership with leadership and HR teams.
  • Support annual and midyear compensation cycles, including implementation, budgets, UAT testing, and data integrity.
  • Lead change management and communication of compensation practices to managers, employees, and the People team.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with Production/Manufacturing leaders, People Business Partners, Talent, Payroll, Legal, Stock, Finance, Accounting, and third-party vendors.
  • Analyze compensation data and provide data-driven guidance and recommendations to business partners and leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation roles.
  • Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects in a strong operational environment.
  • Passion for educating, mentoring, and teaching partners about compensation strategy and business impact.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: prior experience in a high-growth, hyper-scaling startup building compensation programs from the ground up, including Manufacturing/Production hourly workforce knowledge.
  • Preferred: prior experience leading compensation initiatives through mergers and acquisitions.
