Description

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Qualify sales leads and create tailored software demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Perform outbound outreach to leads and partner companies within ECP's target market.
  • Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote ECP and build relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Customer Experience, Finance, and Marketing to support onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with prospective customers to build lasting relationships.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date by logging sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Become an expert in ECP's product, services, and industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience in technology or software sales.
  • Proven experience meeting quota in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software; HubSpot experience is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of eMAR, EHR, ECP, or CRM software is a plus.
  • Experience within the assisted living industry is a bonus, but not required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
