Description

  • Identify, research, and engage high-potential enterprise accounts.
  • Run personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, social, and phone to drive pipeline growth.
  • Track and forecast prospecting activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Maintain a high and consistent outreach cadence with tailored messaging for decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and intent.
  • Route qualified prospects to Enterprise Account Executives for next steps.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry trade shows and events as needed.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align messaging, refine targeting, and improve lead routing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor developments, and product updates to strengthen outbound messaging.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience is required.
  • Prior enterprise sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for software sales and building relationships.
  • Willingness to make targeted outbound calls as part of the prospecting process.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment.
  • Desire to learn, be coached, and succeed in software sales.
  • Ability to write succinct, thoughtful emails.
  • High level of organization and self-motivation.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter on average for tradeshows and events.
